Hello my lovelies,
I have had such a busy-bee week and I graduated from university. Woo! I was the only one at my graduation wearing a bold red lipstick and fake eyelashes, hehe! Anyway… after an uber busy week and having to be very serious all the time, I urged to have some giggles with my makeup. I came across Chloe from not from concentrate and her article staring an image of a sunset on her eyes, it was so quaint and she had even drawn on some ickle birdies.
I was inspired to mess around with shiny shades and took inspiration from underwater imagery. To conclude a mermaid. The mystical, feminine, enchanting creature. I then wished to transposes these themes into my makeup. This theme made me feel high, funky monkey and a bit like a POPSTAR.
I have to say my camera doesn’t always show justice to the colours I use, and today is one of those times.
If I can remember... the products I used are:
- A white base eye shadow from Ruby & Millie.
- Peacock eye shadow from Clinique.
- A purple eye shadow from No7.
- Purple pink eyeliner from Barry M on my eyebrows.
- Grape eyeliner from Clinique on my lid.
- Rimmel Special eyes “Azure shimmer” (blue) under my eyes.
- Barry M Emerald Green Mascara.
- Mosaic Glow Collection 2000 bronzer.
- And finally the tiniest amount Rimmel Ivory recover foundation on my face. I wanted my freckles to show through! :(
To finish the quirky theme I put my hair in a a messy bun and then back combed, pulled bits forward in the front area. :)
I hope you enjoyed my post, love your Hannah x
