Facts on Skincare

Dermatologists say 3 products, twice a day. Cleanse. Exfoliate. Moisturise. Three simple actions, morning and night. Yet when custom-fit to your specific needs, this dermatologist developed system reveals your skin's best version of itself: clear, radiant, glowing.

However the skincare you need should be entirely based on your skin condition. So chose from the below:

  • Dryness

  • Oiliness

  • Aging

  • Spots & blemishes

  • Redness

  • Pores

  • Lack of Radiance

  • Uneven skin tone.

Then have a shop around, speak to skincare consultants, don't be scared, they are just women too! And find out the skincare that is best for you.

Eye cream is a must, as the eyes show the first signs of aging as they a high percentage thinner than the skin on your cheeks, so they need that extra hydration and protection.

Try and choose skincare that has SPF in it, it is way of brilliant protecting your skin and investing in your skins future. Premature lines and wrinkles are the main results of sun damage.

Makeup will only look as good as the skin underneath. So don’t go straight for the heavy foundation to cover it, solve the problem with good skincare.

Now skincare doesn’t have to be expensive but it has to be good. The next four brands I believe have the best retailing skin care. I grew up with Christian Dior as my mum was a consultant, so I grew up with skin luxury really, it has an amazing performance leaving your skin incredibly fine and soft.

Clinique is what I use now. It is the best. As the consultants are skincare specialists, thoroughly trained, they can identify your main concern and goals, and believe any skin can be great skin. The have skin care for anyone and everyone! Guaranteed or you get your money back!

Garnier offers women skincare solutions that safeguard the long-term health and vitality of their skin. This is my cheap range that I own. If I am experimenting 20 times a day with makeup I don’t want to use my expensive stuff, so I use this. I would say it is 50% as good as Clinique as it’s gentle. For your skin to be the best it can be, it needs natural nutrients to stimulate cellular activity and to protect against external aggressors.

If you want a simple, effective cleanse and moisturisation and very little else, it's hard to beat Olay’s Classic range of skincare solutions. soft

Before I go... Don't use any skin care that is not right for your skin, say no to itching, burning and swelling. Secondly skin changes, hormones, aging etc. So change your skincare with it!
